Thirteen Private Suites for Parties of 15 to 200
Sedgefield offers a total of thirteen Private Suites comfortably catering for parties from 15 to 200 people.
All of our Suites have private balconies with excellent views of the Course and Winning Line, Closed Circuit Television, showing the racing from Sedgefield and other Courses racing that day and waitress service. The thirteen Private Suites have Private Tote facilities close-to-hand. For larger parties, we have a site to hold a marquee.
Our Private Suites can be hired on a daily basis or annually. The hire cost includes the relevant number of badges together with racecards.
At Sedgefield, we do not just provide the venue for your special events, we offer a 'one stop shop' which makes organising your Raceday simple and convenient.
With Premier Service guaranteed, all our hospitality packages include:
- Admission to the Grandstand Enclosure
- Racecard
- Private Facility
- Silver served or Buffet Luncheon
- Account or cash bar facilities
- Closed circuit television viewing monitors
Our facilities include a selection of private boxes as well as our superb Hoops Bistro and Silks Restaurant, which can be reserved for private parties as well as for individual tables. We can also offer extensive marquee facilities.
We can also provide floral decorations, tipsters, personalized betting vouchers, racing newspapers, guest speakers, tipster competitions, corporate gifts, meeting room facilities and equipment hire – ask for details.
Per Head Prices 2010:
- Platinum - £82.50 plus VAT per head
- Gold - £72.50 plus VAT per head
- Silver - £62.50 plus VAT per head
- Restaurant Hospitality - from £55 inc VAT per head
Marquee sites and hospitality are also available on request.
